As a Materials Engineer MSc ETH with further education in general management, corporate governance, sales, marketing and coaching, I have worked internationally in various roles for two decades. As Managing Director, Executive Board Member, Division Head, Coach for Startups, Head of Business Development &amp Marketing as well as Product Manager and Project Manager, I led teams and organizations across more than 20 countries and 5 continents to new, ambitious goals. Hence, my expertise spans the entire business value chain. I have engaged in leading listed companies as well as family-owned businesses in the medical device sector and several technical industries and built a technology startup for digitization. \n\n

Beyond corporate leadership, I have been mentoring startups at Switzerland\u2019s leading startup competition \u2018Venture\u2019 since 2016 and nowadays serve as a jury member, assessing annually cutting-edge innovations.\n\n

My professional activities in the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia have always been driven by an enthusiasm for the product as well as curiosity and a passion for people, growth and motion.\n\n
